Do you provide full-service bookkeeping?
Yes! Our plans include done-for-you bookkeeping, providing you peace of mind, timely accurate financials and tax ready year-end package. We have accounting partners that can help you with tax filing at year-end. We don't make payments or collect payments on your behalf but you are able to see what you owe and what you are owed on the platform at any time.
What software do you use to do my bookkeeping?
We have our own in-house software platform. You won't need any other software to work with Ceedar. We use a combination of AI and human bookkeepers to give you timely and accurate financials.
What apps does Ceedar integrate with?
Ceedar has native integrations with Stripe and Wise, and native integrations with Humi, PayPal and more are coming soon. With our built-in integrations you can connect with the apps you love and use every day at no extra cost.
Can I connect my bank account to Ceedar?
Yes! Ceedar supports connection to 99.9% of Canadian financial institutions. You’ll get up to 365 days of transaction history for each connected account.
Does Ceedar replace the need for Xero or Quickbooks?
Yes! We have our own in-house software platform that replaces the need for other accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero. Ceedar also replaces the need for Dext or HubDoc frequently used with other accounting software.
How do you ensure the security of my company's data?
We take security very seriously. We use bank-level security and encryption to ensure your data is safe. We never store your bank credentials, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Can I migrate my company's data from Quickbooks or Xero to Ceedar?
Definitely! We have a seamless migration process for you to easily migrate your data from Quickbooks or Xero to Ceedar. Upon onboarding our team will help you with moving your data over.
What happens to my financial data if I cancel my subscription?
You own your data, and we don't lock you in. You can easily export your data at any time. We will keep your data for 30 days after you cancel your subscription, in case you change your mind. If you'd prefer us to delete your data before that, just let us know.
Where are your bookkeepers located?
Our bookkeepers are located in Canada. We don't outsource our bookkeeping services. Our bookkeepers are in-house and have deep knowledge in Canadian accounting standards. Our AI bookkeeper works with our human bookkeepers 24/7 to give you timely and accurate financials.
